Sandy is the Director of Aggregate Consultancy that provides farm management advice to producers throughout southern and eastern Australia. The service includes budgeting, business planning, capital expenditure programs and technical advice on production systems, and farm business benchmarking. Sandy has been providing consultancy services since 2002.

Sandy has a Bachelor of Applied Science – Wool and Pastoral Science from UNSW and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment – Securities Institute of Australia.

Sandy also owns a 32,000 DSE beef and sheep grazing business near Tumbarumba NSW.

Glenn is a Principal at SPA Accounting in Canberra. He specialises in integrating accounting advice into sound business management. He’s particularly dedicated to helping family businesses succeed, by facilitating honest conversations.

Outside work, Glenn is an avid fisherman — when he can find the time in between supporting community organisations and sitting on the board of his local footy club.
